Here is a video on cell phone spyware that demonstrates all the features of spyware that is available for cell phones, including the BlackBerry. I would like to point out that even though the cell phone used in this video is NOT a BlackBerry phone, all the spy phone features shown in this clip (text message interception, secretly viewing call logs, cell phone location tracking, & remote monitoring) are available for BlackBerry phones.

Anyone out there with an internet connection, and a credit card, can log onto a BlackBerry spyware vendor and purchase BlackBerry spyware for almost any BlackBerry device.  The only thing that can protect you from being a victim of BlackBerry spyware, is to keep your cell phone with you at all times. It only takes a few minutes to install spy phone software, so if a person who wants to spy on your cannot get access to your phone, there is no way they are going to be able to install spyware on your BlackBerry.

For those of you who want to spy on a BlackBerry, this is something you have to understand as well. Without physical access to the BlackBerry, there is absolutely no way you are going to install BlackBerry spyware on your target's BlackBerry cell phone.

WHAT IS BLACKBERRY SPYWARE?

BlackBerry Spyware (also called BlackBerry spy phone software) is cell phone software that gives anyone the ability to monitor, track, and eavesdrop on any compatible BlackBerry cell phone.  The BlackBerry spyware is completely invisible to the user, and can only be removed by the person who originaly installed the spyware.

Commons uses for BlackBerry spyware are to catch cheating spouses, monitor children, or to track/monitor employees.

HOW DOES BLACKBERRY SPYWARE SOFTWARE  WORK?

BlackBerry Spyware works by secretly recording cell phone phone events such as text messages, emails, and call logs.  The BlackBerry spyware then secretly uploads all the collected data to a secure internet account. The person who installed the BlackBerry spyware can now log into their account via any internet connected device, and view all the collected data.

WHAT EXACTLY DOES BLACKBERRY CAPTURE/RECORD?

• Text Messages - BlackBerry spyware secretly records all text messages sent and received. The scary thing about this, is that full contents of both sides of the conversation are captured. You also get to see who the phone number the text message is linked to in the address book.

• Cell ID Location Tracking - This BlackBerry spyware feature will enable the person who installed the spyware to track the Blackberry’s location. This feature is done via the online account once the user is logged in.

• Email Logging - All outgoing email messages will also be captured. The entire contents of the message will be captured.

• Call History (with call duration) - This BlackBerry spyware feature will enable the person spying on the BlackBerry to find out when and who (based on the name stored in the Blackberry’s address book) the BlackBerry user is talking to. Once the user has a list of cell phone numbers that are suspicious, they then use any of the popular reverse look up service, to find out the full name and address of the person who owns the number. In addition, you’ll get to see the actual call duration.

• Remote Monitoring - This BlackBerry spyware feature turns a BlackBerry cell phone into a remote listening device. All that is required, is for the user (person who installed the BlackBerry spyware) to send a special SMS command to the BlackBerry cell phone, and then the BlackBerry's microphone is secretly is activated, giving the user the ability to listen in on the BlackBerry’s surroundings.
